Spiral steel pipe stacking principle requirements

Spiral steel pipe is a spiral seam steel pipe made of strip steel coil as raw material, extruded at regular temperature and welded by automatic double-wire double-sided submerged arc welding process. Spiral steel pipe is fed into the welded pipe unit, rolled by multiple rolls, the strip is gradually rolled up to form a circular billet with an opening gap, adjust the amount of squeeze rolls, so that the weld gap is controlled at 1 to 3mm, and make the weld flush at both ends.

6, spiral steel pipe stacking height, manual work of no more than 1.2m, mechanical work of no more than 1.5m, stack width of no more than 2.5m;
7, there should be a certain channel between the stack and the stack, the inspection channel is generally 0.5m, access channel depends on the size of the material and transport machinery, generally 1.5~2.0m;
8、Angles and channels should be stacked in the open air, i.e., the mouth should face downward, I-beams should be placed upright, and the I-slot side of the steel should not face upward to avoid water rusting;
9, the bottom of the stack pad, if the warehouse for the sunny cement ground, pad high 0.1m can be; if for the mud, must be high 0.2 ~ 0.5m; if for the open field, cement ground pad high 0.3 ~ 0.5m, sand and mud surface pad high 0.5 ~ 0.7m.
