Classification of anti-corrosion steel pipe's inner wall

Anti-corrosion steel pipe refers to the steel pipeline that can effectively prevent or slow down the phenomenon of corrosion by chemical or electrochemical reaction during transportation and use after anti-corrosion process processing. I. Composition
Composed of aliphatic polyurethane prepolymer and epoxy resin, high quality pigment, additives, solvent. Specially used in food, drinking water and other equipment contacted, water transmission and distribution pipeline, drinking water cabin surface corrosion.

Second, performance
It is a new type of anti-corrosion coating with strong adhesion, high strength, abrasion resistance, hydrolysis resistance, corrosion resistance, water resistance and weathering resistance, and the rust removal requirement on the surface of steel structure is not high.
Three, technical indicators:
1、Drying time: 30min for surface drying 6-24h for actual drying
2、Flexibility:1mm
3、Impact resistance:50cm
4、Adhesion: 1 grade
Construction and storage:
(1) Before painting, the surface of base iron must be treated with Sa2.5 level, and water, dust and oil are strictly forbidden to be brought into the construction to ensure the quality of painting.
(2) The ratio of paint is: A component (base material), B component (curing agent) = 9kg paint: 1kg curing agent (or according to the ratio of our factory to inform the construction).
(3) The construction proportioning method is: open the big mouth of component A, add component B into component A and mix well. Mature for 30 minutes, then you can paint.
(4)The material should be used as it is, and the paint should be used up within six hours. The uncompleted material should be sealed and kept.
(5) The construction should be stopped when it is rainy or the relative humidity is more than 75%. For the parts with serious corrosive medium, it is recommended to apply multiple coats.
(6) The product should be stored in a cool and dry place, protected from direct sunlight, isolated from fire and heat sources.
(7) The storage period is twelve months, after the expiration of the period should be tested the technical indicators, such as to meet the requirements of the indicators, can continue to use.
