Anti-corrosion steel pipe and its application

Anti-corrosion steel pipe refers to the steel pipe that has been processed by anti-corrosion technology, which can effectively prevent or slow down the corrosion phenomenon of chemical or electrochemical reaction during transportation and use.
Liquid epoxy coating IPN8710 anti-corrosion
1. Composition
It is composed of aliphatic polyurethane prepolymer and epoxy resin, high-quality pigments, additives and solvents. It is specially used for the anticorrosion of the surface of the equipment, water transmission and distribution pipelines and drinking water tanks that come into contact with food and drinking water.
2. Performance
The paint is a type of interpenetrating network polymer, which is polymerized at room temperature. The two networks can complement each other and produce a synergistic effect. The coating film is non-toxic, high solid, and low viscosity. It is a kind of strong adhesion, high strength and impact resistance. It is a new type of anti-corrosion coating with excellent wear resistance, hydrolysis resistance, corrosion resistance, water resistance and weather resistance. It has low requirements for rust removal on the surface of steel structures, and the operating temperature can be within the range of -20 to 120 °C.
3. Technical indicators:
1. Drying time: surface dry 30min, hard work 6-24h
2. Flexibility: 1mm
3. Impact resistance: 50cm
4. Adhesion: Grade 1
4. Construction and storage:
(1) Before painting, the surface of the base iron must be treated with Sa2.5 level, and it is strictly forbidden to bring water, dust and oil into the construction to ensure the quality of painting.
(2) The coating ratio is: component A (base material), component B (curing agent) = 9kg paint: 1kg curing agent (or construction according to the proportion notified by our factory).
(3) The construction proportioning method is as follows: open the mouth of component A, add component B into component A, and stir well. After curing for 30 minutes, it can be painted.
(4) This material is required to be used as needed, and the mixed paint must be used up within six hours. Unfinished materials should be sealed and stored.
(5) Construction should be stopped on cloudy and rainy days or when the relative humidity is greater than 75%. For the parts with severe corrosive medium, it is recommended to apply multiple coats.
(6) The product should be stored in a cool and dry place, prevent direct sunlight, isolate fire sources, and keep away from heat sources.
(7) The storage period is twelve months. After the expiration of the period, various technical indicators should be inspected. If the requirements of the indicators are met, they can be used continuously.
Fusion-bonded epoxy powder for corrosion protection
Fusion-bonded epoxy powder, also known as thermosetting epoxy resin heavy-duty anti-corrosion powder, is a solid material that is transported and dispersed with air as a carrier. It is applied to the surface of preheated steel products, melted, leveled and cured to form A uniform coating anti-corrosion is a heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating formed at high temperatures. The coating has the advantages of simple coating operation, no pollution, good impact resistance and bending resistance of the coating, and high temperature resistance.

3) According to the curing conditions, it can be divided into two types: rapid curing and ordinary curing. The curing conditions of fast-curing powders are generally 230℃/0.5~2min.
