Galvanized steel coil is classified into two groups-cold galvanizing and hot galvanizing, as a new surface process techniques from steel coil industry. While the hot dipping technologies which are used a lot. Most of the steel coil manufacturers are prefer this processing technology which are widely used in metal surface treatment materials. General galvanized steel is processed by aluminium plate, thin low carbon steel plate,stainless steel plate, alloy plate, copper plate, nickel plate etc. Hot dip galvanized steel needed the prepare for steel coil first,then the pre-treatment and after-treatment of the galvanizing, and also the finished product inspection.
